We love getting your feedback! It truly helps shape our professional development offerings. A review of feedback from 2021 identified the need for PD on the 'how to' when it comes to reviewing your administrative records and activities, not just about what good looks like.

Following the student journey, this series of 7 x 90-minute webinars will briefly touch on the obligations of the Standards for RTOs 2015.

However, it will focus less on explaining these obligations and more on exploring proven strategies that RTOs can implement to achieve and maintain compliance through planning and implementing an annual approach to administrative reviews.

Creating a culture of compliance rather than functioning via a reactive approach means identifying the key areas of risk and gaining a 'where we are at now' status. Once this occurs, an RTO can then truly review and continuously improve administrative processes and practice. This series aims to shift thinking from 'reactive' to a proactive approach where achieving compliance is an embedded practice. Attendees will explore the importance of thoughtful planning, identification processes and action, action, action!

It is designed for RTO Managers, Compliance Managers, Operational Managers, Administrators, Trainers and Assessors alike. For anyone who plays a role in the administrative processes at your RTO.
