Freight Contractor: | Sponsors can select any Freight Company to deliver their goods to the GCCEC. Exhibitor freight can be delivered 24 hours prior to contracted period from 28 October 2025. (Freight will not be accepted before this date). Loading Dock Access and Freight Instructions Step 1 Add the GCCEC Delivery Label to your freight Step 2 Complete the Authority to Sign Form for GCCEC to sign for your freighted goods and send to freightforms@gccec.com.au Step 3 Please use the Dispatch Label for all outgoing freight from the venue All Exhibitors are required to hi-vis vests and enclosed shoes at all times during bump-in and bump-out, including in the loading dock area. PRIZE DRAWS | Prize Draws can be run (and are encouraged to be run) independently at a Sponsor’s booth. | This is an excellent way to encourage direct personal interaction with delegates (business card draw or similar) and a fantastic way to broaden your potential client listing. | These booth-run prize draws, however, are to be administered by the Sponsor. | ||||||||||||||||||||
Additional Information: | Power Requirements: All Sponsors will have power and two spotlights at their booth. Sponsors are responsible for bringing their own power boards. Testing and Tagging: GCCEC require all power equipment to be tested and tagged before attending our conference Exhibition Cleaning: Sponsors are responsible for cleaning their booth before the conference commences and for removing all rubbish during the bump out. Banners: Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze Sponsors are entitled to provide banners (as per the Sponsorship Package Inclusions) to a Velg Training staff member during Bump In. | ||||||||||||||||||||||
