ExpoNET is the GCCEC's key in-house expo supplier for all Exhibition Booth builds. They will be your point of contact for:
  • Provision of Logo and Fascia signage details
  • Any additional requirements for your booth (including furniture and AV) that sit outside your standard inclusions
ON-LINE EXHIBITOR KIT (OEK) & EXHIBITOR LIST

Introducing our On-line Exhibitor Kit (OEK); this is a web link we set up to coordinate Exhibitor orders and support services for events.

Our Exhibitor Services Department (ESD) use the OEK to track and manage Exhibitor orders. An introductory email will be sent direct to Exhibitors that will contain your login details.

Freight Contractor:

AVN Event Logistics have been nominated as this year's 'Freight Logistics Courier'

Procedures:
Step 1: Send me an email if you are sending freight
Step 2: Organise a Courier to collect your freight and send it to AVN Event Logistics (address is the on the Delivery Label attached)
Step 3: Attach the Delivery Label to your freight
Step 4: Complete the online 2025 National VET Conference Transport Form (this let’s AVN Event Logistics know what is coming)
Step 5: During bump out, AVN Event Logistics will provide those Sponsors requiring pick up of their freight with the Dispatch Label to send back to their warehouse
Step 6: Organise your Courier to collect your freight from the warehouse by Tuesday 5th November

Freight is accepted by AVN Events Logistics between the 14th to the 22nd October.

Please Note: All Exhibitors are required to hi vis vests and enclosed shoes at all times during bump-in and bump-out including in the loading dock area.

 

Delegate Listing


The Delegate Listing will only include the name, organisation and email address and will be sent to all Sponsors after the event concludes.
 
This will include both face-to-face and recording only ticket holders. No contact numbers are provided.

NOTE: All delegates have the option to Opt Out of being included on the Delegate Listing at the time of checkout. 

PRIZE DRAWS

Prize Draws can be run (and are encouraged to be run) at a Sponsor’s booth, independently.This is an excellent way to encourage personal interaction direct with delegates (business card draw or similar), and a fantastic way to broaden your own potential client listing.These booth-run prize draws however, are to be administered by the Sponsor.

Additional Information:

Power Requirements: All Sponsors will have power and two spotlights at their booth. Sponsors are responsible for bringing their own power boards.

Testing and Tagging: GCCEC require for all power equipment's to be tested and tagged before attending our conference

Exhibition Cleaning: Sponsors are responsible for cleaning their booth before the commencement of the conference and the removal of all rubbish during bump out.

Banners: Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze Sponsors are entitled to provide banners (as per the Sponsorship Package Inclusions) to a Velg Training staff member during Bump In.

Safety Induction

For those Exhibitors that are coming during Bump-in, you will need to complete the online Safety Induction prior to bump in on the Wednesday between 3.00pm to 6.00pm.
