RTOs are obligated to provide reasonable adjustments under the legislation. The Standards for Registered Training Organisations also include requirements to provide support services to individual learners and ensure assessment is fair by providing reasonable adjustment where appropriate.

This session aimed to provide RTOs and assessors with clarity about what types of adjustments are reasonable, and what are not.
