VT1.0

Recorded on the 25/02/2022 and forming part of a two-part series focusing on evidence. This 90-minute webinar is the second in a two-part series which explored the clauses that apply specifically to training and assessment.

Please note that the revised Standards for Registered Training Organisations were publicly released on 1 October 2024 and will come into full regulatory effect from 1 July 2025.

The Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) 2015 will continue to apply until then.

This webinar recording refers to, and is based on, the requirements for the current regulatory environment.

This 90-minute session is the second in a two-part series focussing on evidence RTOs use/can use to demonstrate compliance with common clauses within the Standards for RTOs. Session 2 explored the clauses that apply specifically to training and assessment.

Most of us know what the Standards for RTOs are about and why they're important. We also know that RTOs have to demonstrate compliance to their regulator from time-to-time.

We do that with evidence!

Have you ever wondered what sort of evidence other RTOs provide at a performance assessment or audit? Looking to gain some confirmation that your RTO is on the right track?

In this two-part series, Paul Pellier took attendees through a practical guide to compliance with the standards for RTOs.

This session was based on interviews with 10 successful, real RTOs who shared what evidence they use to demonstrate compliance.

The session also came with a free checklist that you can use to prepare for your own internal audit and plan out your compliance strategy.

NB: Please  also consider any requirements introduced as part of the early changes to the current Standards for RTOs, via the Standards for RTOs Amendment (VET Workforce Support) Instrument 2024, introduced 1 March 2024.
