This product provides a checklist for reviewing the certification issuance process for a Registered Training Organisation's testamurs, records of results and/or statements of attainment.

Please note that the revised Standards for Registered Training Organisations were publicly released on 1 October 2024 and will come into full regulatory effect from 1 July 2025. 

The Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) 2015 will continue to apply until then.

This template is based on, and refers to, the requirements for the current regulatory environment.

The Issuing Certification Checklist has been designed to support and act as a guide for RTOs in the preparation of a testamur, record of results and/or statement of attainment. 

The Issuing Certification Checklist (.docx) provides a simple way of conducting a review against the requirements and ensuring that all required information is recorded correctly. Issuing organisations can customise certification documentation to meet their needs provided the required information is recorded.
