The purpose of the Refund suite is to provide a stream lined approach to meeting the requirements of Clause 5.3c of the Standards for RTOs 2015.
To assist with the refund process, Velg Training has developed a Refund Policy and Procedures, a Refund Request Form and a Refund Log in the Refund Suite of documents.
The Refund Policy and Procedure and Refund Request Form are Microsoft Word documents, which can be contextualised to meet individual RTO requirements. The Refund Register is a Microsoft Excel template to record refund decisions.
Note: The templates are tools that can be easily edited, allowing for ease of use.
