Series 1 is presented by Angela McGregor and is all about ‘RTO Administration: A management perspective’. The sessions in this series are designed for RTO Managers, focusing on the administrative and record keeping requirements of the RTO.
The three sessions will cumulatively cover managing administrative processes related to trainers and assessors, student services and marketing, as well as a session devoted to managing and empowering RTO administration staff.
July is administration processes month with all of the sessions in this series scheduled for the 10th, 17th and 24th July.

Series 2 is about ‘Trouble Shooting Techniques for Trainers’. Presented by Marc Ratcliffe over three sessions, this series aimed at trainers and assessors will look at ways to engage the attention of the training audience, how to make the learning more memorable, and how to manage difficult behaviours that may come out of participants.
August is trouble shooting month with all of the sessions in this series scheduled on the 1st, 8th and 15th of August.
