IBSA and Futura Group Join Together to Form Australian Training Products

Leading workplace learning and resource providers, IBSA and Futura Group, are excited to announce they are joining together to create a new entity, Australian Training Products.

Patricia Neden IBSA CEO commented, 'The vision for Australian Training Products is for it to become recognised as the 'go-to' provider of the highest quality workplace learning resources and training technologies in Australia and across the world. Matthew Trounce, IBSA's General Manager Commercial will become CEO of Australian Training Products.'

The move is a result of the fantastic synergies between Futura Group and IBSA. Each has an excellent reputation for quality and innovation. Their complementary products, training platforms and services mean the joint company will be able to offer a much broader range of products to the Vocational and Corporate training markets.

Existing customers of both companies will now benefit from immediate access to the products and services from both organisations. The great fit between the two companies is reflected by the fact the organisation will be looking to grow its workforce and capabilities in order to further enhance its offerings to the industry.

The move is the opportunity to create better, more comprehensive options for the vocational education and training sector as a whole, as well as the current and future professionals within.

The Futura Group brand will continue, including its flagship training resources and eCoach products. The IBSA brand, with its latest TAE and trainer professional development resources (IBSA Academy) will also remain.

IBSA Manufacturing, the Skills Service Organisation for the Manufacturing sector, is unaffected by these changes and will continue to offer high quality support to its Industry Reference Committees. Australian Training Products will work closely with IBSA and all SSOs to develop high quality and relevant industry content.
