Foundation Skills are the Building Blocks for Improving Learner Results
A good education is a foundation for a better future.
Foundation skills are fundamental to a person's participation in the workplace, community, and education and training. They combine language, literacy and numeracy skills, digital literacy skills and employability skills. (LLNDE).
So, how can we maximise our training to help develop strong foundation skills in our students?
In this interactive session with Chemène Sinson, you will discover how a focus on foundation skills can improve training outcomes and equip your learners for today's constantly-evolving world of work.
Chemène will demystify some of the jargon surrounding LLN and foundation skills and help you identify practical ways to build learners' foundation skills through your training.
