When thinking about what really informs the design of a training and assessment strategy (TAS), it’s a given that an RTO must take into consideration the requirements of the Standards for RTOs 2015.  But what else is required to ensure the document is fit for purpose and truly reflective of current practice?

By taking into account your cohort's prior learning or experience, your TAS can directly reflect this and be designed with a specific structure of delivery. This will enable your cohort to meet the requirements of the training package/accredited course effectively.
