Marketing Compliance: Reviewing and Monitoring Material

5 June 2019
ONLINE

Rated 4.9 out of 5 Stars for quality of information, knowledge displayed and value provided, this webinar is back in 2019!

It will provide practical examples with activities analysing marketing material and determining what ‘compliant’ materials look like, including social media, websites and print material.

One of the objectives of the Standards for RTOs 2015 is to provide protection for learners. There are a number of clauses in the Standards that have been written with this purpose in mind, particularly Clause 4.1 – a lengthy description of what can and cannot be included in marketing material.

Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) need to closely examine their marketing material and practices to ensure compliance with the Standards, along with other legislative requirements, and ensure they are following ethical marketing practices.

Key topics covered within the webinar

  • Requirements of the Standards for RTOs in relation to marketing practices
  • Monitoring third party arrangements
  • Other legislative requirements to consider
  • Print material
  • Social media marketing
  • Website information
