About this webinar

Capturing Quality Evidence: Third Party Reports
One of the benefits of assessment in the Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector is the ability to use experience in the workplace as part of formal assessment. The use of other people (an ‘other party’) in collecting evidence is a valuable strategy for gaining evidence of ‘everyday performance’ rather than performance carried out as part of the formal assessment process.

When using a third party to collect evidence on your behalf, you must ensure the assessment processes lead to the collection of quality evidence.

This webinar explores how quality evidence can be adequately captured using a Third Party Report.

Key topics covered within webinar

  • What is a third-party report?
  • Guidelines for using a third-party report
  • Steps involved in developing a third-party report template
  • Mapping the third-party report
