Our Trainer and Assessor Mentoring: The Essentials program offers a flexible approach to your continued development and maintenance of skills, knowledge and expertise as a trainer and assessor. With a range of learning outcomes directly related to the Standards, this course will ensure you form a direct connection to compliance requirements as they apply to your role – which aligns with Clause 1.16 of the Standards for RTOs 2015: “The RTO ensures that all trainers and assessors undertake professional development in the fields of the knowledge and practice of vocational training, learning and assessment including competency-based training and assessment.” To enable your continued learning and development, participants will receive over 15 supportive resources and/or templates (valued at over $190.00*).
