In the event of an audit, if you don’t have proof something happened, then it didn’t happen. With this in mind, it doesn’t matter how good the training and assessment services being provided are if you don’t have the records to prove it. The quality of this evidence lays with the RTO Manager and his/her team’s understanding of administrative obligations. This three-part webinar series is designed for RTO Managers, focusing on the administrative and recordkeeping requirements of the RTO. Through the three sessions you will develop an understanding of the RTO’s administrative compliance obligations, gain tools and information to assist in reviewing current practices and develop a better understanding of administrative requirements which can be used to support team members, regardless how big or small the RTO is. |
This first session will focus on the training and assessment arrangements within a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and how the administration processes should be handled to ensure both compliance and efficiency.
Key outcomes:
The second session in this series will drill down into the administration arrangements for both student services and marketing processes. These processes are generally the up-front recruitment and enrolment of students and must be undertaken with care and accuracy to ensure the required information is available throughout the student journey.
Key outcomes:
Compliance is evidence based, and the RTO Administrator plays a crucial role in ensuring evidence is captured and maintained in an accurate and timely manner. This final session of the series will focus on how to empower the RTO Administrator in supporting the operations of the RTO.
