Webinar Overview

Research and experience consistently show that we learn (and perform) best when we feel safe.  Regardless of the delivery mode, feeling safe matters for learning.  It is the glue that makes learning stick.  We simply cannot expect training to succeed without it.

Yet, as we educators focus on staying up-to-date with the latest tools and technologies for training, it can be easy for us to lose sight of learner psychological safety.  We have all said, 'No question is a silly question,’ but establishing and maintaining psychologically safe learning involves so much more than that.

Join Chemène for this interactive session which is packed full of practical insights and easy-to-implement strategies to help you establish and maintain a psychologically safe learning environment that enhances student experiences and improves outcomes.

Key topics covered within the webinar

  • What is Psychological Safety?
  • Why it is important
  • How to establish and maintain a psychologically safe
