Having built an RTO from the ground up with an exceptional compliance and funding history, she knows all too well what is required to ensure the smooth operations of a successful RTO. This RTO was then sold after 11 successful years but Melissa has been in the RTO space for over 25 years and now consults with other RTO owners to assist them in their operations, streamlining of processes, procedures and exit strategies.
