About this webinar

The Standards for Registered Training Organisations (2015) were established to ensure nationally consistent, high-quality training and assessment across the Australian Vocational Education and Training (VET) system. To be successful in this system, a commitment to quality is essential, not only for compliance but for sustainable commercial viability.

This webinar focuses on the quality requirements for RTOs related to supporting students and will provide guidance on key compliance responsibilities. Additionally, it will outline ways to improve the client experience.

By the end of this workshop, participants will have the knowledge & skills to:

  • Identify quality requirements for RTOs in supporting students
  • Describe key compliance responsibilities
  • Identify tools and templates to support quality student support, and
  • Outline methods for improving client experience

Marc Ratcliffe

CEO/RTO Owner

Marc Ratcliffe is a multi-award-winning trainer, author and education entrepreneur. He is the CEO and founder of MRWED Training and Assessment, a private RTO that specialises in Trainer Training. He is a strong advocate for "edu-tainment" and believes that learner involvement and fun are integral to student success.  He has delivered over 300 training and assessment courses since 2000 and continues to be an in-demand conference speaker and workshop facilitator, having presented at more than 50 conferences in a dozen countries in the past decade and was recently named as the winner of the “Best Training and Development Leadership” Award for 2017 at the World Training and Development Congress in Mumbai.
